The New York Giants have won two straight games, and Giants football is fun to watch again. At least when the ball is heading toward the incredible hands of Odell Beckham Jr. That's the good news. If all you care about is the Giants securing a high pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, though, then this sudden onset of winning games is bad news.

If the draft were held today the Giants would have the eighth overall selection in the first round. That's down from No. 7 a week ago. Wins over the St. Louis Rams and Philadelphia Eagles the final two weeks would be encouraging and fun to watch, but they would also likely wreak havoc on the Giants spot in the 2015 NFL Draft order. Then again, maybe that isn't really a problem. Twelve was a pretty lucky number for the Giants in the 2014 NFL Draft.
