Can the New York Giants give their season a faint heartbeat with an upset of the Seattle Seahawks today on the road in CenturyLink Field? No one seems to think so, not your Big Blue View staff or expert prognosticators from around the country.

We get the answer beginning at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX. [Complete viewing guide]

Inactives

We already knew that running back Rashad Jennings (MCL sprain) would miss his fourth straight game, since he did not travel to Seattle with the team. Here are the rest of the Giants' inactives for Sunday:

DE Kerry Wynn, DT Jay Bromley, OL Adam Snyder, OL Brandon Mosley, OL James Brewer, CB Mike Harris.

Bromley being inactive means that Cullen Jenkins, questions with a calf injury, will play. Also interesting that cornerback Chykie Brown, awarded to the Giants on waivers this week, will be active. Harris, signed off the Detroit Lions practice squad before the Indianapolis game, will be inactive for a second straight week. The inactive list also means that cornerback Zack Bowman, hospitalized during the week with an illness, will play.

Seattle will be without starting safety Kam Chancellor, who head the Seahawks' inactive list. The rest of Seattles inactives are LB Malcolm Smith, OG James Carpenter, LB Bobby Wagner, S Steven Terrell, TE Zach Miller and TE Tony Moeaki.
