The 3-8 New York Giants have been eliminated from the playoffs. They can, however, keep hope alive of salvaging an 8-8 season if they defeat the 1-10 Jacksonville Jaguars today at EverBank Field in Jacksonville. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. ET and the game will be broadcast on FOX.

The Giants have had a roller-coaster season that has, mostly, pointed downward. Two straight season-opening losses. Three straight victories to get to 3-2 and raise hopes. Six straight losses to crush playoff hopes and leave many unanswered questions, including the future of head coach Tom Coughlin.

Big Blue View has been covering Giants-Jags all week. You can find all of our coverage on the Big Blue View Giants-Jaguars Hub Page.

The Giants have already announced today's inactives. That list is headlined by injured offensive tackle Justin Pugh (quad), defensive end Mathias Kiwanuka (knee) and ineffective cornerback Jayron Hosley. In case you missed them, here are the Big Blue View staff predictions for today.
