Which New York Giants should be in your Fantasy Football lineup this week? Which should be on your bench? Let's look.

Eli Manning, QB

Manning has been on fire the past two weeks, completing 49-of-67 passes (73.1 percent) with six touchdowns and one interception. The Giants host the Atlanta Falcons (ranked No. 28 defensively. Numberfire has Manning pegged for 17.60 fantasy points this week. In FanDuel scoring, Manning is predicted to compile 18.42 points and will cost you $7300. Recommendation: Start, unless you have Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning, Russell Wilson or someone else in that category.

Rashad Jennngs, RB

Jennings is third in the NFL with 341 yards rushing, averages 4.2 yards per carry with two touchdowns and has added nine receptions. He carried 13 times for 55 yards against the Washington Redskins four days after his career-best 34-carry, 176-yard game against the Houston Texans. With 11 days of rest he should be fresh. Numberfire predicts 11.95 Fantasy points for Jennings. FanDuel has him at 13.35 with a cost of $7200. Recommendation: Start. Jennings is proving to be a reliable back and a good play.

Victor Cruz, WR

Cruz is numberfire's 14th-ranked receiver. Numberfire predicts 9.63 points from him this week. FanDuel projects 11.67 at a value of $7000. Recommendation: Start. If you have him there is no reason to sit him with the Giants offense playing well and facing a defense that should give up some yardage.

Rueben Randle, WR

Randle is numberfire's 58th-ranked receiver, projected for 4.30 Fantasy points. Randle caught eight passes against Washington and is on pace for 76 this season. FanDuel projects him for 5.65 points at a value of $5400. Recommendation: Start, especially if you are in a FanDuel league and you need a guy who could potentially give you good numbers at a fairly low price.

Larry Donnell, TE

Numberfire apparently isn't as big on Donnell as everyone else. Donnell is numberfire's ninth-ranked tight end, projected for 5.86 Fantasy points. FanDuel projects him for 7.57 at a value of $6200. Recommendation: Start, unless you are choosing between Donnell and Jimmy Graham.

One more thing: I wouldn't touch Odell Beckham Jr., Preston Parker or Andre Williams this week.
