After bursting upon the NFL scene with 25 catches and four touchdowns in four games, punctuated by a three-touchdown effort in front of a national Thursday Night Football audience, New York Giants tight end Larry Donnell has had to adjust to the glare of the media spotlight. Beginning Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, Donnell will likely have to adjust to getting much more attention from opposing defenses.

"That's going to start. It hasn't started yet, but it will happen now. (He needs to) just keep getting better and improving and improving and all the way around, too," head coach Tom Coughlin said. "He is a blocker, also. That improvement has got to be there. He has to adjust to everything he sees now. It's just a matter of putting himself in a position where he can win these battles, whether they be one-on-one or two-on-one, whatever."

The days of free releases and single coverage are likely over for the 6-foot-6, 270-pound Donnell. The days of him being a valuable play for your Fantasy Football team probably are just beginning. Whether he thinks so or not.

Editor's Note: SB Nation's partner FanDuel is hosting a $350,000 Fantasy Football Contest for Week 5's NFL games. It's only $10 to join and first place wins $30,000. Starts Sunday, October 5th at 1pm ET. Here's the link.
