New York Giants middle linebacker Jon Beason is in Charlotte, N.C. to visit Dr. Robert Anderson, and admitted Tuesday that his season might be over. Shutting Beason down is something that was advocated here on Monday, and now it sounds like it might become reality.

Beason has played in only four of the Giants' seven games. He played only 17 snaps on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys before being forced to the sidelines by the foot/toe injury.
