What do the latest round of mock drafts have to say about the New York Giants? Let's take a look.

It is time for our weekly roundup of 2014 NFL mock drafts. Our headliner this week is a two-round affair from SB Nation's Mocking The Draft in which MTD's Matthew Fairburn selected UCLA offensive guard Xavier Su'a-Filo for the New York Giants with the 12th overall pick of the first round and Ohio State linebacker Ryan Shazier with the 43rd overall pick in the second round.

Here is what Fairburn wrote about the selection of Su'a-Filo:

The Giants have been adding pieces to their offensive line in recent years, but guard remains an area of concern for this team. Zack Martin of Notre Dame was generating buzz at the Senior Bowl, but UCLA's Xavier Su'a-Filo is our top-ranked guard prospect. He has versatility New York will appreciate and the movement skills to make him worth this slot.

We have yet to profile Su'a-Filo here at Big Blue View. Su'a-Filo is actually only an honorable mention on the initial Big Blue View NFL Draft Prospect Big Board. MTD ranks Su'a-Filo 26th on its Big Board.

Here is what Fairburn wrote about the selection of Shazier:

After bulking up the offensive line in the first round, the Giants address another big need at linebacker. Ryan Shazier has first-round talent and will likely impress at the NFL Scouting Combine in February. New York could use a linebacker with Shazier's range.

Shazier is 29th on the BBV Big Board and 24th on the MTD Big Board.

Other Mock Drafts

Draft Tek has the Giants selecting TCU CB Jason Verrett 12th overall.

Dane Brugler of CBS Sports has the Giants selecting UCLA linebacker Anthony Barr.

Rob Rang of CBS Sports has the Giants selecting Michigan offensive tackle Taylor Lewan.

Rotoworld's Josh Norris has the Giants selecting Notre Dame offensive lineman Zack Martin.

Walter Football has the Giants selecting Florida State defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan.

I think that as of now my favorite pick out of all of these mocks is Martin. The one I like the least is Jernigan. With everything else the Giants need to do defensive tackle doesn't seem like the right place to spend a first-round pick.

Your thoughts, Giants' fans?
