NFL Network will air "A Football Life: Bill Parcells" Tuesday night at 9 p.m. ET, offering a glimpse of what it was like to coach with, play for and be a part of a football team with former New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys and New York Jets Hall of Fame coach Bill Parcells.

The legendary coach is considered one of the most charismatic, controversial and successful coaches to ever run up and down an NFL sideline. The program features insight from numerous figures, including New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and Hall of Fame running back Curtis Martin.

An inside look at the feature included some famous and always entertaining quotes such as "a coach that mastered the art of motivation," "you don't get metals for trying something; you get metals for results," and "If I'm going to get fired here, I'm going to get fired my way."

In an interview on the Dan Patrick Show back in July, the Big Tuna explained that at times his ego got in the way. He mentioned that before he got a shot in the NFL, he had to decide between law school, coaching or working for Pizza Hut. Parcells also gave a backstory for his "Tuna" nickname, explaining it dates back to a Starkist commercial in 1980.
