NFL Playoff schedule and bracket 2014: Conference Championship games set

Broncos will face Patriots, Seahawks will face 49ers in Conference Championship games.

The Road to MetLife Stadium for Super Bowl XLVIII has four teams remaining, and NFL Conference Championship Sunday will feature four of the league's heavyweights. The Denver Broncos will host the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game, meaning another meeting between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. The Seattle Seahawks will host the San Francisco 49ers in NFC Championship Game, with the winner invading the New York Giants' practice facility for Super Bowl Week.

Denver defeated the San Diego Chargers, 24-17, on Sunday. San Francisco defeated the Carolina Panthers, 23-10. Here is your schedule for Conference Championship Sunday.
