Ohio State will be the center of the 2014 NFL Draft universe on Friday as the Buckeyes hold their NFL pro day. Ohio State, one of the nation's best college football programs, has several draft-worthy prospects who could interest the New York Giants.

Here is the complete calendar of Friday pro days: Arizona State, Arkansas State, Northern Illinois, Ohio State, Pittsburgh State (Kan.), Savannah State, South Alabama, Southern Miss, Wofford.

Let's look at the Ohio State prospects of note:

Ryan Shazier, OLB -- Considered a late-first to second round type selection, Shazier ending up with the Giants might be a pipe dream for linebacker-hungry fans. He is ranked No. 29 on the Big Blue View Big Board.

Bradley Roby, CB -- Another player considered to be a late-first to second round selection. Roby is No. 50 on the BBV Big Board. In our prospect profile of Roby, 'Invictus' calls him "one of the bigger risks in this draft."

Carlos Hyde, RB -- We have talked at length this offseason about the Giants' need at running back. Hyde is a likely Day 2 pick. Ranked No. 45 on the BBV Big Board. In our prospect profile of Hyde, 'Invictus' compares Hyde to Eddie Lacy of the Green Bay Packers and calls him "my favorite running back with this class."

Jack Mewhort, OT -- Mewhort is a 6-foot-6, 309-pound tackle likely to be selected on Day 2. A versatile player with experience at tackle and guard that probably puts him on the Giants' radar.
