Several Pro Day workouts will be held on Tuesday, including Alabama State, Auburn, Buffalo, Eastern Illinois, Northwestern, Purdue, Slippery Rock and SMU. Let's look at some of the top 2014 NFL Draft prospects working out for scouts on Tuesday.
Auburn
There are, of course, a number of draft-worthy prospects for the Tigers who will be on display Tuesday. Here is a full list of participants. We will mention three.
OT Greg Robinson -- Most analysts consider Robinson the No. 2 offensive tackle in the draft behind Jake Matthews of Texas A&M and figure he will be long gone before the Giants pick at No. 12. But, you never know. Robinson ranks No. 5 on the Big Blue View Big Board.
DE Dee Ford -- During the NFL Combine Ford declared himself better than potential first overall pick Jadeveon Clowney. Then he was not allowed to participate in the Combine for medical reasons. He reportedly plans to "do everything" at the Auburn Pro Day.
RB Tre Mason -- The Giants need help at running back and Mason is considered a likely Day 2 pick. In his prospect profile of Mason, 'Raptor' calls him "a no nonsense, one-cut runner with good speed, balance, vision, and agility. He is basically everything the Giants need in a running back." Mason is No. 56 on the Big Blue View Big Board.
Khalil Mack, OLB, Buffalo
Mack to the Giants? No chance. There are some analysts who think he should go No. 1 overall ahead of Clowney. He is No. 4 on the Big Blue View Big Board. In his prospect profile, Invictus says Mack is "a brilliant blitzer and can play the run and pass well."
Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, Eastern Illinois
Considered by many analysts to be a late-first to second-round pick this May. 'Raptor' had Garoppolo going No. 8 to the Minnesota Vikings in his most recent 'mini' mock draft. Garoppolo is No. 44 on the Big Blue View Big Board. The Giants are unlikely to select a quarterback this early in the draft, but did meet with Garappolo at the East-West Shrine Game.
