The New York Giants face a critical early-season game Sunday when they meet the Carolina Panthers in Charlotte, N.C. (1 p.m. ET/FOX). Both teams are 0-2, and no team has reached the playoffs after an 0-3 start since the 1998 Buffalo Bills. Even in what looks like a mediocre NFC East an 0-3 start would be difficult for the Giants to overcome.

Here are all of the details.

Game Time: 1 p.m. ET

Location: Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, N.C.

TV: FOX Sports (Thom Brennaman, Brian Billick, Laura Okmin)

Online Streaming: Audio Pass | NFL Rewind

Radio: National -- ESPN (Bill Rosinski, Bill Polian, Ian Ftizsimmons); Local -- Giants Radio Network, WFAN 660-AM, WCBS, 101.9-FM in the Tri-State area (Bob Papa, Carl Banks, Howard Cross).

Odds: Giants +1 [SB Nation NFL Odds Page]

Injury Update

Corey Webster is out for the Giants with a hip flexor. Aaron Ross will start in place of Webster. The Panthers' secondary has been ravaged by injuries. Safety Charles Godfrey has been placed on IR and several other Carolina defensive backs are banged up. The Panthers will try to slow the Giants' passing attack with a makeshift secondary.
