As had been speculated, first-round pick Justin Pugh has apparently been moved into the New York Giants' starting lineup at right tackle with David Bass out because of a sprained left MCL.

That is Pugh at right tackle with Kevin Boothe at center and David Diehl at left guard.
Boothe has played center for the Giants in the past. He worked there with the first unit during OTAs and mini-camp as Baas did not practice while recuperating from multiple offseason surgeries.
Pugh played left tackle with the second team during his debut against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. He worked at right tackle during the offseason and the beginning of training camp.
More updates, probably including the official word on the switch from coach Tom Coughlin and other injury news, after practice.
