There are no official injury reports for NFL preseason games, but here is your summary of injured New York Giants heading into Saturday night's preseason opener vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers.

PUP List

Jason Pierre-Paul, Markus Kuhn and Henry Hynoski remain on PUP and will not be eligible to play.

Out

Cornerback Terrell Thomas (knee) and offensive lineman Chris snee (hip) returned to practice this week, but will not play Saturday. Offensive linemen Justin Pugh and James Brewer both have concussions and won't play. Rookie safety Cooper Taylor has a hamstring injury and will sit out.

Uncertain

Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks has practiced on a very limited basis all week as he works his way through a groin issue. He has not seemed to go full speed very often, if at all. If he plays, it will be only a few snaps.

Defensive end Justin Tuck missed practice Wednesday and Thursday with a tight back. Head coach Tom Coughlin did not rule him out, but it's hard to imagine the Giants playing Tuck in a preseason game after he missed the last two practices.
