Giants Roster Breakdown: Kevin Hardy

We continue our look at the 90-man roster the New York Giants will bring to training camp by looking at wide receiver Kevin Hardy.

2012 Season In Review

Hardy did not play anywhere I can find in 2012. He played four seasons at Citadel, the last being in 2011.

2013 Outlook

The Giants signed the 6-foot, 186-pound rookie to a reserve/futures contract in January. Hardy played four years at Citadel as a running back and wide receiver, with minimal impact. He ran nine times for 128 yards and caught 19 passes in his four seasons. Hardy has been timed at 4.35 in the 40-yard dash, and that speed is likely what is getting him an opportunity. Perhaps he has a chance to stick with the practice squad.
