Moments ago free agent linebacker Aaron Curry announced on his Twitter account that he is officially a New York Giant.
EXCITED TO BE A GIANT!!! twitter.com/AaronCurry51/s…

Curry was seen on the sidelines this morning watching the rookie camp take place. At that time he wasn't signed yet but at the facility for another workout. Speculation began about him being signed soon. The contract is allegedly for one year. We don't know how much it's worth, but if I were to guess it's for the veteran minimum.
Curry spent his first two seasons with the Seattle Seahawks then was back and forth between Oakland and Seattle for the last three seasons. In his career he has 203 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and 4 forced fumbles.
The Giants have been very weak at linebacker for a few years now and have needed all the help they can get. Curry has battled knee injuries, but if healthy he can be a great asset for the team. They could really use the depth at linebacker.
So what do you think, Giants fans? Yay or nay?
