The NFL has proposed a bunch of rule changes. Eliminating or changing the Tuck rule is fine. Telling running backs they can't lower their helmets to protect themselves is not. Steve Serby of the New York Post shredded that idea. NFL.com offers some tongue-in-cheek suggestions for rules changes.
As usual, it seems the Giants will fly under the radar when it comes to teams expected to be dominant in the NFC.
