Good morning, New York Giants' fans! We haven't done a notebook the past few days, but let's get back to that this morning. We will wrap up some of our recent coverage, and look at some of what has been written around the Inter-Google.

In case you missed any of it (and how is that possible?) you can find all of our free agency coverage on the Big Blue View Free Agency Hub Page.

Aaron Ross signed with the Giants on Thursday, and sounded thrilled to be back with the Giants:

"Words can't explain. I'm very excited to be back here. From the very start, I talked to Mr. (Jerry) Reese when I signed with the Jags. I told him I had a three-year contract and as soon as it's over, I'll be ready to come back home. That three-year contract ended a little earlier than I thought, and he made the call and I was more than excited to come back here. It's home. I was here for five years, this is where my career started, two Super Bowl rings. All my brothers are here, all the coaches are here. It just felt like home. I was ready to come back home," Ross said.

Giants' co-owner John Mara said Thursday there was "nothing to report" on the Victor Cruz front, either in terms of negotiations or offers from other teams for the restricted free agent wide receiver. The contracts signed this week by Wes Welker with the Denver Broncos ($6 million annually) and Danny Amendola with the New England Patriots ($6.1 million annually) pretty much set the market value for top-tier slot receivers.

In case you missed it in Thursday's free-agent frenzy, we did begin our 2013 Big Blue View Community Mock Draft. The first two picks are in, and I will hopefully post at least two more today. We're moving somewhat quickly in hopes of getting through two full rounds.

Giants.com offers an interview with Josh Brown, the Giants' newly-signed placekicker. Brown told John Schmeelk he brings "a lot of opportunities to score from a great distance." Brown is 29-of-45 in his career from beyond 50 yard and said he feels "very comfortable" from as much as 55 yards out.
