Can the wounded, playing-out-the-string New York Giants (5-9) pull themselves together enough to at least compete with the 7-7 Detroit Lions on Sunday at Ford Field in Detroit, MI.?

Odds: The Giants are 9-point underdogs

Giants' Inactives: WR Victor Cruz (knee), OG David Diehl (knee), RB Peyton Hillis (concussion), DE Jason Pierre-Paul (shoulder), S Cooper Taylor (hamstring), QB Ryan Nassib and LB Allen Bradford.

For Detroit, wide receiver Calvin Johson, questionable with a knee issue, will play. Johnson has been listed as questionable.

The Giants are out of the playoffs for the fourth time in five years, and were shut out by the Seattle Seahawks, 23-0, last week.
