The New York Giants have ruled cornerback Corey Webster (groin) out for Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders. Running back Brandon Jacobs (knee/hamstring) is listed as doubtful.
Webster has barely played since Week 2.
Cornerback Trumaine McBride, who is now the starter at Webster's old spot, is listed as questionable with a groin injury. He missed practice Thursday, but told Art Stapleton of The Record that he will be ready Sunday.
Jacobs has been out with a hamstring injury since a 22-carry, 106-yard effort against the Chicago Bears in Week 6. The knee injury is apparently new. With Jacobs unlikely Peyton Hillis and newly-activated Andre Brown will share the load at running back.
Victor Cruz, who has been careful this week due to a neck injury, is listed as probable.
Tight end Adrien Robinson, out all season due to a foot injury, is not listed on the report at all -- an indication he could be active Sunday.
