New York Giants' Injury Report: Trumaine McBride does not practice

The Giants' injury report for Thursday.

Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

Cornerbacks Corey Webster and Trumaine McBride did not practice Thursday for the New York Giants, both win groin injuries. Shaun Rogers (knee) also did not practice. Running back David Wilson, possibly headed to IR, is listed as out for Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders.

Wide receiver Victor Cruz, who skipped practice Wednesday with a neck issue, returned and practiced on a limited basis. Terrell Thomas (knee), Jayron Hosley (hamstring) and Brandon Jacobs (hamstring) were also limited. Tight end Adrien Robinson, yet to play this season due to a foot injury, practiced fully and appears headed for his first action of the season.

McBride, a veteran who has played well in place of Webster and Aaron Ross (IR), was not listed on Wednesday's injury list. Head coach Tom Coughlin said McBride has "some soreness in the groin kind of area." With McBride and Webster not practicing, and Hosley having been sidelined for several weeks, the cornerback situation bears watching.

The Giants have not yet activated running back Andre Brown, but need to do so by 4 p.m. ET on Thursday.
