New York Giants' news, 11/23: Terrell Thomas guarantees victory

Maybe Demarcus Ware of the Dallas Cowboys has a point when he says "the Giants always have something to say," at least when it comes to the Cowboys. I'm not sure it's hard to argue with Ware after Giants' cornerback Terrell Thomas went on the radio Friday and guaranteed a victory.

"No doubt we're gonna win this game. You can tell 'em, put it on the bulletin board, doesn't matter," Thomas said on SiriusXMNFL Radio.

Giants' fans should love the confidence. If you are like me, though, you have to wish Thomas had kept that opinion to himself.

Rick Gosselin of the Dallas Morning News says the Giants have rebounded from their 0-6 start largely because they have rediscovered their identity as a power football team.

Johnette Howard of the ESPN says the bravado coming from the Giants is because they can finally see that their season is salvageable.

NFL.com's Judy Battista credits coach Tom Coughlin for the Giants turnaround, saying Coughlin's career "had prepared him for precisely the moments when theGiants most needed him to be steady."

As well as he has been playing, Giants' safety Will Hill knows he is one screw-up from being out of the NFL.
