The New York Giants have won three straight games after an 0-6 start. For that winning streak to matter, however, the 3-6 Giants absolutely have to defeat the 5-4 Green Bay Packers today at MetLife Stadium.
Game Time: 4:25 p.m. ET
Location: MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, N.J.
TV: FOX
Odds: The Giants are 6-points favorites.
The Giants, seeking to get back into the NFC East race, will be getting any help from the Washington Redskins. The Redskins lost to the Philadelphia Eagles, 24-16. The Eagles move to 6-5 and take sole possession of first place in the NFC East with the victory.
Defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul will play today for the Giants, as will running backBrandon Jacobs. Here is the Giants' complete list of inactives:
CB Corey Webster (groin/ankle), QB Ryan Nassib, OL Dallas Reynolds, DT Markus Kuhn, RB Peyton Hillis, TE Adrien Robinson, LB Allen Bradford.
This will be the first career start for Packers' quarterback Scott Tolzien, who relieved an injured Seneca Wallace a week ago. Green Bay's star quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, has a broken collarbone.
