CB Corey Webster, C David Baas, WR Louis Murphy, CB Jayron Hosley, TE Adrien Robinson, DT Linval Joseph and QB Ryan Nassib are all inactive today for the New York Giants as they face the Philadelphia Eagles. Nassib is the only healthy scratch among the seven.
David Diehl, making his first appearance of the season following preseason thumb surgery, will start at right guard for the Giants.
Defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins, dealing with knee and achilles issues, will play for the Giants. Rookie defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins, the Giants' second-round pick, is active for the first time.
Linebacker Jon Beason, just acquired from the Carolina Panthers in a trade on Friday, is active. With Webster out and Aaron Ross having been placed on IR, veteran Trumaine McBride will start at cornerback for the Giants.
