Victor Cruz Injury: New York Giants' WR injures shoulder

New York Giants' wide receiver Victor Cruz left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles in the third quarter. with an apparent shoulder injury. Cruz went to the Giants' locker room and his return is questionable.

Cruz was injured after making a catch as he was body-slammed to the turf by Eagles' defensive back Bradley Fletcher, landing hard on his right shoulder with 8:35 left in the quarter. No penalty was called on the play.

Cruz had five catches for 64 yards before leaving the game, which the Giants currently lead, 12-0.

Cruz entered the game with 40 receptions for the Giants. He is reportedly undergoing x-rays on his neck.

The Giants lead 12-0 on four first-half field goals from Josh Brown. Eagles' quarterback Michael Vick, who entered the game with a hamstring issue, left the game late in the second quarter as the hamstring continued to be an issue.
