With the 2013 NFL Draft now less than two weeks away let's look at mome of the mock drafts that were released this week and see if there is any sort of consensus developing for what the New York Giants will do with the 19th overall selection.
NFL.com (Jeremiah) -- D.J. Fluker, RT, Alabama
Jeremiah says: "If the Cowboys pass on Fluker, I don't think he'll have to wait much longer to hear his name called. He could either play at right tackle or slide inside to play guard for the Giants."
NFL.com (Brooks) -- Alec Ogletree, LB, Georgia
Brooks writes: "NFC East counterparts have routinely exposed the Giants' lack of speed, athleticism and playmaking ability at the linebacker position. Not only is Ogletree one of the most explosive athletes in the draft, but he is a natural playmaker with a knack for finding the football against the run or the pass."
Sports Illustrated (Banks) -- Ogletree
Walter Football -- Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
WF says: "Giant fans know that general manager Jerry Reese loves drafting pass-rushers. With Osi Umenyiora entering free agency this March and Justin Tuck having a down year, Reese may select a defensive end early this April."
Rotoworld (Norris) -- Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Draft Tek -- Werner
East Coast Sports -- Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Ourlads (Steuber) -- Ogletree
CBS (Brinson) -- Werner
CBS (Rang) -- Werner
CBS (Brugler) -- Werner
CBS Sports (Kirwan) -- Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
CBS (Prisco) -- Fluker
Prisco writes: "They need help there in the worst way."
CBS (Judge) -- Kenny Vaccaro, S, Texas
Is there a consensus? Well, there are five selections for Werner, three for Ogletree and two for Fluker aomng the 14 mocks listed. Richardson, Ansah, Vaccaro and Cooper each were selected in one mock.
Thoughts, Giants' fans?
