Read into this whatever you like, but New York Giants general manager Jerry Reese was in attendance Thursday at the Georgia Pro Day, where linebacker Alex Ogletree was one of the star attractions. Ogletree, of course, has often been connected to the Giants in the pre-draft process.
Ogletree was apparently impressive during his Pro Day, running a 4.6 40-yard dash. Could Ogletree be on the Giants radar at No. 19 despite the signing of Dan Connor and the return of Keith Rivers?
We know that Big Blue View draft analyst Jesse Bartolis is an Ogletree supporter. "I really, really do think Alec Ogletree has the potential to be a very special player. It would not surprise me at all if Ogletree ended up being the best player in this draft three years from now. I think he has THAT much potential," Jesse wrote in his Ogletree prospect profile.

DeWayne Cherrington, DL, Mississippi State (PRO)
Lamar Mady, OL, Youngstown State (INT)
