Now here is Kiper's take on the group:
Milliner has the skills to be a true No. 1 corner in the NFL. He has great raw football skills, awareness, the ability to dictate routes, and he keeps getting better. The guy will step up and make hits like a safety. Rhodes is really a steady player and should land in the first round. Your big riser is Trufant, who had a great Senior Bowl week.

Scouting Reports
Dee Milliner
Jesse says:"Milliner is a top 10 prospect at the cornerback position He has everything you're looking for in a cornerback. He enters the league well coached. He has very good speed and size and he's physical. Every team will be interested in Milliner and he will probably come off the board before the Giants have a chance to draft him."
CBS Sports says: "Listed at 6-1 and 198 pounds, he has an impressive combination of size, length and strength for the position. Though he probably won't run a blazing 40-yard dash time, he has enough speed to be an impact starter in the NFL. Milliner is extremely aggressive with the ball in the air and plays with excellent timing, instincts and anticipation."

Xavier Rhodes
Jesse says: "I'm higher on Rhodes than other people. Most believe he'll be a top 20 pick because of his positional value. Rhodes might be scheme dependent, he's not a nickel cornerback and he's not at his best in a zone. He is very physical and he plays a lot like Richard Sherman and Brandon Browner on the Seattle Seahawks. Rhodes is built more like a safety than Sherman and looks like a better athlete entering the NFL as well. Rhodes has the potential to line up against the X receiver (Hakeem Nicks' role) and be a guy who can consistently take him out of the game."
CBS Sports says: "Possessing a rare combination of size (6-2, 217), physicality and athleticism, Rhodes proved to be a standout throughout his career with the Seminoles, culminating in his earning First Team All-ACC honors in 2012. He'll need to run well in pre-draft workouts to guarantee being selected in the first round and projects best to a press-heavy scheme."

Johnthan Banks
CBS Sports says: "Lanky ball-hawk who must prove his speed to warrant first-round consideration."
NFL.com says: "He has experience playing a number of spots in the secondary, beginning his career as a safety, before eventually settling on the boundary corner and nickel spots. His skills in man coverage were under-utilized at Mississippi State, and if he can keep adding weight to his long, wiry frame, has the potential to be an excellent press-man corner, a skill that will make get him selected in the top 40 picks."
Desmond Trufant
NFL.com says: "The brother of NFL cornerbacks Marcus and Isaiah flashes playmaking ability and very good foot quickness, but must play stronger, smarter, and avoid technique breakdowns to be considered a sure-fire NFL starter. His skillset will still likely see him as a Day 2 selection."
Jordan Poyer
NFL.com says: "Once drafted as a major league baseball prospect, Poyer is now an All-American cornerback who uses his athletic prowess to make plays on the ball in coverage (four interceptions in 2011, seven in 2012) and tacklers miss as a kick and punt returner. He's a fluid athlete who is quite agile and intelligent. He plays bigger than his size, but lacks strength and great speed."
