Eli Manning No. 30 On Forbes' List Of Highest-Paid Athletes

Remember a few years ago when folks thought New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning was overpaid? Well, is now underpaid? Eli checked in at No. 30 on Forbes list of the Top 100 Highest-Paid Athletes. Eli's brother Peyton checked in at No. 10, and a whole slew of NFL players are in-between. Sam Bradford of the St. Louis Rams (27th) and Tom Brady of the New England Patriots (28th) are also higher on the list than Eli.

Eli is listed with total earnings over the past year of $28.6 million, $18.6 million from salary and winnings and another $8 million from endorsements.

Maybe Eli needs to relax a little. On Father's Day at Citi Field Manning was apparently wearing a shirt endorsing Pampers diapers. Now he is working shifts at Dunkin' Donuts.

NFL.com says Manning "did a nice job handing out doughnuts."

As long as he didn't snitch too many of those doughnuts then life is good. Especially with $28.6 million in your pocket.
