Q: Does it sting that you're not going into the postseason?

A: It definitely stings after coming off a season like we did last year, winning the Super Bowl, you want to get it and go back to the playoffs and potentially do that again, but it hurts a little bit.

Q: What did you find out about your football team today?

A: That we're resilient. That we have tremendous pride and that we played with passion and we went out and proved to the world that we're a good team and we finished on a right note, not just for ourselves but for our fans and everybody else that loves Giants football.

Q: Do you wonder where this was the last two weeks?

A: Obviously, you do, but you understand that you got to approach every week differently. You approach every week and go into it with that game plan and come to play and those last couple of weeks we weren't ready and this week we knew it was all on us and we had to take care of our business at least and we did that.

Q: What was the emotion like before the game being a part of the circle of faith?

A: It was tremendous. A little bit of sadness. A little bit of resiliency. A little bit of just going out there and wanting to play for them and wanting to put a victory up on the board and put a smile on all those kids' faces and all those families' faces.

Q: With the way the season ended, does it underscore just how difficult it is to win a Super Bowl in this league?

A: Definitely. It's very difficult. I've been kind of spoiled to win one kind of early, so it feels weird with our season ending this early. But it goes to prove that it's very difficult, especially for us. It feels like we have the toughest schedule each and every season. So each game is definitely important and we have to just go out there and play our best each and every week, but it's definitely difficult.

Q: Eli played a lot different than the last couple of weeks.

A: Yeah. He was throwing the ball well. He was confident. He felt good and he was making great decisions out there and, in turn, we all played well. So it was definitely a good sign.

Q: Do you think you'll get this contract worked out and be back with the Giants?

A: I hope so. I want to be here. I want to stay here. I don't want to go anywhere. This is my home. This is where I go to play football. So hopefully we can get things squared away and I can be here for a long time.
