Here is the New York Giants' pre-practice injury report, the first official report of the week as the team preps for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers.
Ahmad Bradshaw and Domenik Hixon are the only players not expected to practice today.
Bradshaw, of course, has been limited for weeks now by his ongoing foot issues. Hixon sprained his ankle in the Giants' most recent game, at Cincinnati.
Safety Kenny Phillips and linebacker Jacquian Williams, both of whom have been sidelined with knee injuries, will take part in individual drills. Phillips "may do a little bit more," coach Tom Coughlin said.
Defensive tackle Linval Joseph is a new addition to the injury list with swelling in his knee.
Linebacker Keith Rivers, who badly bruised his knee in an auto accident during the bye week, will practice.
The other players on the injury list are center David Baas (ankle/elbow), guard Chris Snee (ankle) and safety Tyler Sash (ankle).
NOTES: The Giants still have not filled the roster spot vacated when defensive tackle Markus Kuhn was placed on injured reserve last week. With Kuhn down and Joseph aching you might expect a defensive tackle to be added to the mix. As far as I can tell, Dwayne Hendricks, a guy the Giants really liked but cut before the season started, is available. He might be a name to keep in mind.
