Good morning, New York Giants' fans! Here is your Thursday morning notebook.
Michael Boley talked Wednesday about facing the 0-4 Browns after losing a difficult game to the NFC East rival Philadelphia Eagles:
"No, it's not difficult. It's the next game. For us, coming out of it, it was a disappointing loss for us, second division loss at that. So we're definitely looking to bounce back and rebound from that game."
Victor Cruz was asked about the same topic:
"I think we have to move forward, and understand that we've got the Cleveland Browns coming to town. We've got to prepare ourselves for them. ... We understand that this is a must-win for us. We have to get ready to play, prepare, and we've got to have all of our weapons handy, go in there, play a good game, and win."
Quarterback Eli Manning is looking forward to playing a 1 p.m. ET game on Sunday:
"You can't beat Sunday at 1 o' clock. That's when you like playing football. The night games are good, but three of the first four at night, I think everybody's looking forward to it, Sunday at 1 o' clock," Manning said. "You get up, and you go play. Those night games, you kind of feel like you waste a full day, just sitting around and waiting, and waiting and waiting. Growing up, I was a football fan. In New Orleans, it was 12 o' clock. That's what I thought of football. Sunday, 12 o' clock, Saints game is coming on. Now, here, 1 o' clock, that's football time and it's just good to get up and go play. You don't have to sit around and wait for it."
