BBV Community Mock Draft 2011, Round 2: Redskins Take A Quarterback

The next two picks in the second round of our Big Blue View Community Mock Draft are in. Washington (41st) has taken TCU quarterback Andy Dalton and the Houston Texas (42nd) have grabbed Texas defensive back Aaron Williams.

As you will see after the jump, I don't think either of our de facto general managers is really thrilled with the picks they were left with here.

Washington Redskins (41st overall) -- Andy Dalton, QB, TCU

Again, I think the 'skins will try to trade down to get more picks. Do they need defensive help? You betcha, they need help in a lot of places. But, QB is the highest value position in the game, and they sure don't want to spend too much time with Rex at the helm. -- jcalifiore

Houston Texans (42nd overall) -- Aaron Williams, DB, Texas

After watching Harris not slide quite enough. The Texans take the highest rated DB left on our board. Either at corner or safety should provide a boost to a secondary that performed well....awful in 2010. -- daddyzander
