New York Giants' Top 10 Draft Successes: No. 9 ... Leonard Marshall

Number nine on our list of the top 10 New York Giants draft successes is two-time Pro Bowl defensive end Leonard Marshall. Picked in the second round of the 1983 draft (37th overall) Marshall had 79.5 sacks in 10 seasons with the Giants, and finished his career with 83.5

Marshall, of course, spent most of his career lined up with Lawrence Taylor right next to him. I have to be honest, two current Giants' defensive ends -- Osi Umenyiora and Justin Tuck -- are not far off Marshall in terms of being draft successes or in terms of overall career production. Longevity gives this spot to Marshall. Five years from now, who knows.
