Giants Given 20-1 Odds Of Winning 2012 Super Bowl

Congratulations to the 2011 Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers, 31-25 victors over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV. Now, let's move on to what is really important to New York Giants fans.

What are the Giants chances of winning the Lombardi Trophy in 2012? It is a long way off, but oddsmakers have -- of course -- weighed in on the subject already. Bodog has listed the Giants' odds of winning the 2012 Super Bowl at 20-1.

The Packers, as you would expect, are listed as the favorites at 7-1. The New England Patriots are the favorites to represent the AFC, with 8-1 odds. Bodog lists Pittsburgh with 10-1 odds of returning to the Super Bowl. You care what the odds are for the New York Jets? I don't, but they are 16-1.

Among NFC East team, the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys are both listed at 16-1. I don't see how the Cowboys are given a better chance than the Giants, but I don't really care either. The Washington Redskins are 50-1.
