Let's go Touring the Nation and see what some of the other fine NFL bloggers around these parts are writing about as NFL training camps get underway.
It seems there are quarterback discussions all over the place.
- Brett Favre just can't help himself. He has again gone and left the door open for a comeback. Our Minnesota Vikings blog, The Daily Norseman, is not too happy about it. I don't blame the Norseman a bit.
- Our Packers blog, Acme Packing Company, wonders who will win the quarterback job in Minnesota without Favre around.
- Gang Green Nation wonders if Kellen Clemens will ever be a good NFL quarterback. Personally, I don't think it matters for the Jets. Mark Sanchez is their future.
- Big Cat Country wonders who will end up behind center for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
- Buc 'Em wonders if a quarterback competition will help or hurt the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The answer is simple -- unsettled quarterback situations ALWAYS hurt a team. If it isn't clear who the No. 1 guy is, then you really don't have a quarterback.
Finally, a couple of non-quarterback related stories.
- The Indianapolis Colts made the 'Stretch Play' famous. Stampede Blue wonders why they hardly ever used it last season.
- Revenge of the Birds says this is a critical season for the defending NFC champion Arizona Cardinals.
