[UPDATE: There are now conflicting reports. ESPN and Yahoo are reporting Osi out 2 months and Eli out for a month. What I have given you is what the team is saying officially at this point. Do with it what you will.]
Courtesy of WFAN's 'Mike & The Mad Dog' radio show, here is the update on the key injuries suffered by the Giants Sunday.
• Brandon Jacobs. Sprained medial collateral ligament in his knee. Out for at least two weeks, possibly more.
• Osi Umenyiora. Irritation of the left knee. His status is uncertain, but it sounds as if the Giants expect him to play against the Packers this weekend.
• Eli Manning. Contusion of the right shoulder. He's day-to-day, but there seems little doubt he will be ready to go this weekend.
