Hey, Eli, this is how you lead

One of the things that has been questioned about Eli Manning is whether or not he is willing to stand up and accept the leadership role on the Giants.

Perhaps Eli should take a lesson from his big brother. According to SI.com's Peter King, Peyton Manning was not too happy recently when he arrived for voluntary off-season workouts and found out some of his Super Bowl championship teammates hadn't bothered to show up.

When he reported to the offseason program, Manning was told that three veterans had not reported to the voluntary workouts and did not plan to report. "Give me their phone numbers,'' Manning said, and he called them, and he got at least two of them to come in for some of the workouts.

Take a lesson in leadership from big brother, Eli. It might help you put a certain talented, but often misguided tight end in his place.
