Giants' inactives: No big surprises

Stay connected for news and updates

Jim O'Connor-US PRESSWIRE

There were no real surprises among the inactives announced Sunday by the New York Giants for their game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Linebacker Jacquian Williams (knee), safety Kenny Phillips (knee) and defensive tackle Rocky Bernard (quad) will miss the game because of injury.

The other four inactives have become fairly standard. Wide receiver Jerrel Jernigan, defensive end Adewale Ojomo, offensive tackle James Brewer and tight end Adrien Robinson will not dress.

The best news here is, of course, that running back Ahmad Bradshaw (foot) will be in the lineup for the Giants.

Here is the full list.

LB Jacquian Williams
S Kenny Phillips
DT Rocky Bernard
WR Jerrel Jernigan
DE Adewale Ojomo
OT James Brewer
TE Adrien Robinson

Here are the inactives for Dallas.

C Phil Costa
WR Andre Holmes
S Matt Johnson
DE Sean Lissemore
RB DeMarco Murray
S Charlie Peprah
LB Kyle Wilber

The Cowboys will also be playing without linebacker Sean Lee, placed on injured reserve this week with a toe injury.
