Former New York Giants defensive captain Antrel Rolle, now a member of the Chicago Bears, came to the defense ex-Giants coach Tom Coughlin Tuesday, saying on WFAN that the coach "got the short end of the stick" from the organization.
The Giants let the veteran safety, a strong locker room voice, leave via free agency after last season. Safety play and leadership on defense were both issues for the Giants in 2015. Here are some of the things Rolle said.
Antrel Rolle on @WFAN660: "I did feel like Coughlin got the short end of the stick. I must admit that."
