The New York Giants will hold the sixth practice of their 2014 training camp on Monday at Quest Diagnostics Training Center beginning at 1:20 p.m. ET. This, of course, is a week that leads up to the Giants preseason opener, the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game Sunday vs. the Buffalo Bills.
Here is some of what we will be looking for today.
Odell Beckham Jr. Sightings
Will the rookie wide receiver be allowed to practice for the first time since tweaking his hamstring the first day of training camp? Tom Coughlin was obviously frustrated on Sunday when asked about Beckham. Reality is that, while there is time for Beckham to get on the field and get acclimated, missed practice time for rookies is a difficult thing to overcome. Think about how the development of Prince Amukamara was slowed, or how Damontre Moore and Cooper Taylor were adversely affected by missed practice time a year ago. The sooner Beckham gets on the field the better it will be for him, the Giants, and Coughlin's blood pressure.

Ryan Nassib Watch
The progress, or lack of progress, of the second-year quarterback is a daily topic of discussion. "I do make bad throws. That will come with the territory -- you’ll miss some throws, but you’ll also make some. You just hope at the end of the day that you make more than you miss."
Quarterbacks coach Danny Langsdorf is available to the media today, and I was able to speak with Nassib on Sunday, so there will be more forthcoming about the development of the former Syracuse quarterback.
Tight End Update
The Giants continue to shuffle tight ends, looking for someone to step up. To this point, Adrien Robinson, Larry Donnell and Daniel Fells have all flashed, but no one has been consistent enough to jump to the front of the line. Undrafted free agent Xavier Grimble has missed some time with a hamstring injury, obviously hurting his chance to make an impression. Tight ends coach Kevin M. Gilbride Jr. speaks to the media Monday, so we will get his assessment of the group.
Offensive Line
Things seem to be settling down somewhat on the offensive line. Left tackle Will Beatty has done significantly more work than had been anticipated at this point in training camp after breaking his leg in the 2013 season finale, and while he still has work to do to round into form the unexpected reps are a good thing. J.D. Walton appears entrenched at the center spot, where he takes all of the first-team reps. The right guard spot has not been settled, but a week into training camp there appears to be a clear front-runner. Brandon Mosley took all of the first-team reps at the right guard spot on Sunday, with John Jerry working with the second group. Coughlin, incidentally, did not seem pleased on Sunday when asked about Jerry's progress. Rookie Weston Richburg appeared to work only at center on Sunday.
More Hitting
The Giants will be in pads for the second straight day as things get serious in East Rutherford. There were some good hits on Sunday, especially from fullbacks Henry Hynoski and John Conner. Devon Kennard was both on the giving and receiving end of hits Sunday. There haven't been any fights yet. Maybe today.
Kicker Competition
Earlier today we detailed the blossoming competition between placekickers Josh Brown and Brandon McManus. Brown kicked on Sunday. Today could be McManus' turn. So, we will see if the youngster can continue to impress.
