The New York Giants held the first of this week's four OTA practices Monday. The Giants were indoors at Quest Diagnostics Training Center due to the weather. The Giants will also practice Tuesday, Thursday and Friday this week. The Thursday session will be open to media.
The sessions this week will conclude OTAs. The Giants will then hold mini-camp July 17-19. Players will then be off until reporting for training camp on JUly 21, with the first practice set for July 22.
The best news of the day for Giants fans came from a statement quarterback Eli Manning made during an appearance at a charity event.
At @GuidingEyes golf event, Eli Manning says if there were game tomorrow, his ankle would not prevent him from playing at a high level" #NYG

One other practice note from Giants.com is that running back Kendall Gaskins seems to be getting a lot of reps. Who knows what that means, but it is noteworthy.
