2014 NFC East Division Champs...Drunk on big blue koolaid inside!

Discussing over a text with my brother, we have both decided I'm currently completely drunk on big blue koolaid.

Here is a look into the crystal ball and how the Giants become division champs this year. In true tradition, we do best when backed to the wall and when coaches are on the hot seat for a lack of encouraging performances. Let's take a look at the remaining schedule for the Eagles and Cowboys and how destruction begins for them.

Philly-REMAINING OPPONENTS: at Packers (6-3), vs. Titans (2-7), at Cowboys (7-3), vs. Seahawks (6-4), vs. Cowboys (7-3), at Redskins (3-7), at Giants (3-7)

Well, with Foles out and Sanchez in...I think the Green Bay game today was not a fluke and it will be more of this for them. McCoy has been less than effective and can not count on the guarantees they could last year. There is no reason to think that the only team they beat here will be the Titans but even that isn't an easy win seeing how awful they are playing today. Assuming that they split between division games and only pick up a win with Dallas they end at 8-6.

Dallas-REMAINING OPPONENTS: at Giants (3-7), vs. Eagles (7-2), at Bears (4-6), at Eagles (7-2), vs. Colts (6-3), at Redskins (3-7)

The boys have a tough ending schedule. The Bears can be a good team and division games are always tough. There is also a reason why they call Tony Romo "Mr December"...errrr wait. Tony is due for his annual "have this in the bag...now time for complete meltdown". The guy isn't a closer and completed implodes every December. No matter how good they have looked resting on Murrays legs, he has yet to play a full 16 games in his career due to injuries. His legs will fail and their running game won't be the same after that. Assuming first scenario with the Eagles and they split....8-6.

Giants-REMAINING OPPONENTS: vs. Cowboys (7-3), at Jaguars (1-9), at Titans (2-7), vs. Redskins (3-7), at Rams (4-6), vs. Eagles (7-2)

Obviously this isn't the easiest schedule, but it definitely isn't the hardest. Minus today's rough outing from Eli, he has been doing pretty well overall. Odb is a stud and he is going to have an amazing rookie run for the remainder of the year. Jennings will get back to regular form and will start and continue his hard running from earlier this year and will open up the pounding of Williams. Remember I'm still drunk on blue koolaid...we win out. 9-7 and division champs!

Feel free to ridicule, I'm making some more koolaid...I'll make enough for everyone to jump on and be merry!
