The Giants come in off a 2nd 9-7 season in a row, but they did have the hardest schedule in the NFL. This year the schedule is much easier, and given that they're just as talented, if not slightly more than last year, they could bounce back and have a nice season, or they could fall apart and miss the playoffs for the 4th time in the last 5 seasons. Here's they're schedule and my predictions for each game.
Week 1: at Cowboys- Win (1-0)
Week 2: vs Broncos- Loss (1-1)
Week 3: at Panthers- Win (2-1)
Week 4: at Chiefs-Win (3-1)
Week 5: vs Eagles- Lose (3-2)
Week 6: at Bears- Win (4-2)
Week 7: vs Vikings- Win (5-2)
Week 8: at Eagles- Win (6-2)
Week 9: BYE
Week 10: vs Raiders- win (7-2)
Week 11: vs Packers- lose (7-3)
Week 12: at Cowboys- win (8-3)
Week 13: at Redskins- lose (8-4)
Week 14: vs Chargers- win (9-4)
Week 15: vs Seahawks- lose (9-5)
Week 16: at Lions- win (10-5)
Week 17: vs Redskins- win (11-5)
1st in East (4th seed)
They could easily drop one to the Cowboys and be 10-6, but they've beaten up on the Cowboys recently, so i'll say they sweep them. Also notice how I had them start 6-2, like they always do under Tom Coughlin. I have a hard time seeing it being different this year. But, of course the Giants could decide to be the New York Giants and lose to the Raiders, Eagles, and Vikings, but beat the Seahawks and Packers.
What do you think?
