Good morning, New York Giants' fans! There isn't a whole lot of Giants' news we haven't already touched on, but here are a few links for you this morning.
Let's begin with links to a couple of items right here at Big Blue View in case you missed them.
News broke Monday night that the Giants were hosting former Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders linebacker Aaron Curry for a free-agent visit. Curry, 27, is the same age as Clint Sintim, the former Giants linebacker who officially retired Monday. SB Nation's Brendan Porath spent the first night of the 2013 NFL Draft with Andy Ross, the agent for Giants' first-round pick Justin Pugh. Jesse Bartolis offered a 53-man roster projection.
New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith, painted as a diva in various post-draft media reports, responded Monday to the criticism, denying he texted friends during pre-draft visits and insisting he never told ESPN he was planning to skip the second day of the draft.
"I don't worry about what people say -- my skin is pretty thick," the much-maligned Smith said in an interview with USA Today. "I've never been in trouble."
