Former New York Giant Chris Canty has gone from one Super Bowl champion to another, signing with the Baltimore Ravens.

Per his Twitter account, former New York Giants defensive lineman Chris Canty confirmed he signed with the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday.

According to Albert Breer of NFL Network, Canty signed a 3-year contract worth $8 million. $2.8 million is guaranteed. That is virtually identical to the three-year, $8 million contract ($3 million guaranteed) defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins -- the replacement for Canty -- signed with the Giants on Monday.

Canty was released by the Giants earlier in the offseason. He was owed $6.25 million and battled injuries that led to the Giants making this move.

Former Giants defensive end Dave Tollefson was released Tuesday by the Oakland Raiders.
