Ask Field Gulls

Oh hello there.

The Seahawks are playing the Giants this weekend, with the Seahawks hoping it's the first of two trips to Metlife Stadium. Seattle is 11-2 and on pace for the best season in franchise history. The Giants ... have seen better days, and you'll always have a place in my heart for twice beating the Evil Empire to win the Super Bowl.

But we're not here to talk about the Giants beating New England twice (but you can if you want to), we're here to talk Sunday's game. Unlike past years, the Seahawks are not "terrible on the road", but they did lose their last road game to the 49ers 19-17. Can't take any game for granted though, as you've seen with New England nearly losing to 2-10 Houston, Seattle nearly losing to 2-10 Houston, and the Saints losing to the Jets.

Ask questions about the Seahawks to your heart's content and I'm sure we'll answer.
