That said, if Rodgers has to miss a few weeks, the Giants 2nd half of the season may have just drastically changed. We all looked to the Giants-Pacckers game in 2 weeks as the "big game" that the Giants have to win to set up a potential first place battle with the Cowboys the following week. If Rodgers is hurt, and Seneca Wallace, who looked at times like he didn't even know where the laces were, is the Quarterback, that "big game" is now significantly easier.
Also, the Cowboys don't face the Packers until Week 15, and if the initial reports of 3-4 weeks for Rodgers are true, he should be back by then.
Now of course, with how fast some Quarterbacks are returning from injuries this year, it's very possible that Rodgers is back in 2 weeks, and we should by no means chalk up this week's Raiders game up as an automatic 'W' anyway. But the Giants chances of getting back into this thing may have just gotten a whole lot better.
