Giants vs. Raiders, Pro Football Focus scores

Robert Deutsch-USA TODAY Sports

One final look back at Giants-Raiders with this week's Pro Football Focus scores.

Here are your Pro Football Focus scores for the New York Giants from Sunday's 24-20 victory over the Oakland Raiders.

Offense

Best

Andre Brown +3.8
John Connor +2.5
Kevin Boothe +2.1
Rueben Randle +2.1

Worst

David Diehl -3.4
Jim Cordle -2.5
Brandon Myers -1.8
Peyton Hillis -1.6

Takeaways: PFF pointed out that Andre Brown got 55 of his 115 yards after contact Sunday, saying :it would be a mistake" to credit the run-blocking. On the positive side, the +2.5 grade for fullback John Connor is excellent. Connor has done very well since being picked up by the Giants to replace the injured Henry Hynoski.

On the negative side, David Diehl got the lowest grade, as he seems to every week. Jim Cordle's -2.5 ads tot he idea that the blockign wasn't great.

Defense

Best

Cullen Jenkins +2.8
Trumaine McBride +2.8
Terrell Thomas +2.4
Jacquian Williams +1.9
Jason Pierre-Paul +1.2

Worst

Mike Patterson -2.0
Keith Rivers -2.0
Prince Amukamara -1.5
Jon Beason -1.3

Takeaways: Trumaine McBride continues to impress. Oakland's Terrelle Pryor didn't exactly threaten the secondary, but you have to love what McBride has done. Surprised by the negative grade for Keither Rivers, who seemed to play very well.
