Giants Problems

I believe I am probably the only one to say this but, I believe Eli Manning isn't playing that terrible. When you look at the numbers, the thing that strikes you is the interceptions. But when you really look at them, not all of them can be blamed on him, if you look at the 12 interceptions, excluding balls that aren't his fault ( Da'rel Scott) his interceptions are not that high. And if you take away desperation heaves after the games have already been lost, the numbers drop even more. But Eli will still have above average interception numbers, but that comes with Eli Manning. In my opinion, last weeks game against Phili is the only game were the interceptions fall on Eli, not the O-Line. I believe that the blame for the Giants failures thus far is the O-line. Right now from what I am hearing from the media, blame falls on, Eli Manning, the defense, and Coughlin are what the media is blaming for the giants 0-5 start, but I think it is the O-line. We all know about how explosive David Wilson can be, but he needs lanes to do this. One reason why we are running the ball so bad is because the offensive line is playing terrible. Eli is getting hit to much, and Wilson isn't getting running lanes that we know he can take advantage of. My final point is Hakeem Nicks. I read one post about that talked about a trade of Nicks, but I find that just crazy. I believe Eli's numbers will only fall without Hakeem Nicks. Hakeem Nicks is Eli's most experienced receiver, and has just as much talent as any other top tier wide receiver in the NFL. Just look at last year, Eli's numbers fell drastically from the year before, and this is because Hakeem Nicks was unhealthy, or just not playing. There is not denying the talent of Randle and Cruz, but Eli Manning needs three good receivers in order to put up his best numbers (Manningham, Cruz, Nicks)(Toomer, Smith, Burress). Yes their has been some talk that Randle could possibly replace Nicks's role, but I frankly just don't see that working out. Hakeem's physicality is something that is needed at the receiver position. Eli has gotten used to Nicks and knows how he places, and those two have great chemistry, and without Hakeem Nicks, I beileve the Giants will struggle
